About Us

The story behind Humatron can be traced back to 2018 when founders began to work together on solving a deterministic NLI (Natural Language Interface) problem that ultimately morphed into the Apache NLPCraft project. Non-deterministic NLI approaches (e.g. statistical LSTMs) were not producing acceptable results and we tried to use semantic modeling for the domain specific NLI tasks. This, however, did not lead to the results that we were hoping for.

By the summer of 2021, it became evident that the introduction of new Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) models was poised to initiate a significant, potentially a once-in-a-century transformation in the labor market. While the outcomes from OpenAI and other models were impressive, a fundamental question emerged: «Just exactly how - from business and technology points of view - can AI take over human jobs in today's corporate environment?»

Humatron AI was founded to answer that question.

We are on the mission to create agentic and enterprise «software-defined workforce» - the next evolution in the global labor force market. Not since The Industrial Revolution of the early 1900s have we faced such a fundamental realignment of the workforce composition. Our work enabled us to invision a new type of workforce that provides technological efficacy, fosters innovation and in the same time attempts to safeguard the welfare of the existing human workforce.
